ANAK High School,
empowering the next generation.
EDUCATE AND DEVELOP
Our mission is to support children and teenagers from their first years at school through to professional integration.
As part of this mission, we created the ANAK High School in 2024, officially accredited by the Indonesian Ministry of Education, to best prepare teenagers for higher education or entry into the workforce.
With one intake per academic year, Grades 10, 11, and 12 (equivalent to sophomore, junior, and senior years),
4 CONCRETE ACTIONS FOR HIGHER EDUCATION
1. Dynamic academic courses
Academic classes take place in the morning to promote focus and engagement.
Students follow the official Indonesian Ministry of Education curriculum, taught by certified teachers, covering all subjects: mathematics, Indonesian, Balinese, history, geography, physics, chemistry, biology, economics, civic education, English, and religion.
2. Personalized career guidance workshops
From the moment they enter high school, teenagers benefit from guidance workshops to identify their skills, interests, and talents.
This progressive support helps them build a clear and meaningful path, further strengthened in their final year.
3. Support with administrative procedures
Applying for higher education can be complex, especially for teenagers from remote villages.
We support them at every step, from preparing entrance exams to completing applications, ensuring a smooth and secure transition.
4. Support for settling in and continuing studies
Once accepted into a university or post-secondary institution, our support continues.
When required, we help them find suitable housing, open a bank account, and access psychological and emotional support if needed.
4 CONCRETE ACTIONS FOR PROFESSIONAL INTEGRATION
1. Vocational workshops
Afternoons are dedicated to vocational training.
Grade 10 students participate in maintaining and developing a mini organic farm that provides fruits, vegetables, and eggs for the residential home.
Students in Grades 11 and 12 then choose a specialization: sewing, cooking and pastry, web design and applied IT, massage and wellness care, or organic farming.
2. Intensive foreign language courses
To prepare teenagers for working life, we provide intensive English and Japanese lessons.
English is essential for working in Bali’s tourism sector, while Japanese opens up attractive job opportunities for Indonesians.
3. Valued extracurricular activities
We encourage teenagers to develop their talents through a variety of extracurricular activities: Balinese dance, sports, artistic expression, and more.
These activities allow them to showcase their skills through performances or local competitions and strengthen their self-confidence.
4. Real-life professional experiences
To help the students explore different career paths, we organize internships with our local partners.
From villa management to wellness centers, including hospitality and food service, these experiences reflect the key employment sectors in Bali.
